Nattaro Labs AB announces that it has completed a directed share issue of approximately SEK 1.6 million in order to strengthen the Company’s working capital and to add new strategically important shareholders. The new share issue is carried out in combination with a loan from Almi Företagspartner of SEK 1.2 million.
“We are extremely pleased that with this share issue we get new owners who add resources and valuable knowledge”, says Nattaro Lab’s CEO, Carl-Johan Gustafson.
