The Board of Directors of Nattaro Labs AB has today, with the support of the authorization from the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2023, resolved to carry out a new share issue of approximately SEK 7 million with preferential rights for existing shareholders. The Rights Issue is secured to approximately 85 percent through subscription commitments and top guarantee commitments.
Nattaro Labs also announces that the Board of Directors has decided to postpone the date for publication of the interim report for Q3 2023, from November 22, 2023 to November 30, 2023.
