The biotechnology company Nattaro Labs AB hereby publishes the year-end report for 2023.

In 2023, Nattaro will show a significantly improved result. As earlier in the year, sales in the third quarter were at a higher level than last year thanks to increased international sales.

The Board of Directors of Nattaro Labs resolves on a new share issue of SEK 7 million and postpones the publication of the interim report for Q3 2023

During the second quarter, Nattaro can show a significantly improved result, both thanks to a higher sales level and the effects of the measures taken for a lower cost base.

The shareholders of Nattaro Labs AB are hereby summoned to the Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday 6 September 2023 at 16.00 at Medicon Village, Scheeletorget 1, in Lund.

Nattaro Labs has received market approval for the company’s patented diatomaceous earth tape Nattaro SafeTM. At the same time, the company announces that it has signed a three-year distributor agreement with the Chilean company Control Integral de Plagas Limitada

Nattaro Labs AB hereby publishes the Annual Report for the full year 2022.
Nattaro Labs’ first year as a listed company has been challenging. An uncertain world and the hospitality industry’s slow recovery have affected our sales. At the same time, our home market shows enormous international potential. During the fourth quarter, a cost-saving program and a clearer sales strategy were introduced. The start of the new year indicates that we are on the right track.

Nattaro Labs AB hereby publishes the interim report for the period January – March 2023. 

Nattaro Labs AB announces that it has completed a directed share issue of approximately SEK 1.6 million in order to strengthen the Company’s working capital and to add new strategically important shareholders.

As previously announced, Nattaro Labs received a Union approval for the company’s patented diatomaceous earth tape in the first half of 2022 from the European Chemical Agency (ECHA). Now the  subsequent national registration has been approved in Italy, which is required for the product to be allowed to be sold in the country.

Nattaro Labs announces that the company has signed a letter of intent for distribution with a reseller in Greece and a reseller in Austria. A first order has been delivered to each country and the goal is to be able to sign formal distribution agreements in 2023.

Subsequent national registration has been approved for Nattaro Safe in Spain and the Netherlands, which is required for the product to be allowed to be sold in the respective countries.

Nattaro Labs AB announces that a new Nomination Committee has been appointed in accordance with the Annual General Meeting resolution 2022.

Nattaro Labs AB hereby publishes the interim report for the period April – June 2022.

Nattaro Labs has signed an agreement, which secures the right for Nattaro Labs to purchase diatomaceous earth for use in Nattaro Safe for the next ten years.

“Having completed the subsidiary in the US is an important step in a long-term investment in the market in North America, which we believe will play a major role in the company’s future growth,” comments Carl-Johan Gustafson, CEO of Nattaro Labs AB.

Nattaro Labs AB announces that the Company’s Board of Directors today has decided to start a subsidiary in the US as part of an investment in the north American market. The establishment is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.

The unique bed bug lure Nattaro Scout has now been granted a patent in Japan. Patents are already available in USA, Russia and several countries in Europe.

Nattaro Labs now have our own VP Sales North America on board to support the sales of our bed bug products in the USA and Canada.

At Nattaro Lab’s Annual General Meeting on June 16, Per Wernerson was elected as a new member of the Company’s Board of Directors.

Now the patent for our unique lure, which attracts bed bugs, is also in force in Russia. Nattaro Labs composition and procedure for attracting bed bugs has thus been recognized as a technical solution to a problem.
